The Formax 7104 Series Inserters take flexibility and productivity to new heights. With 3 configurations, and an optional Productivity Package, this system can meet the challenge. The modular design offers up to 8 modules with up to 17 feed stations, with high-capacity feeders, and a standard capacity of up to 1,500 sheets. Each system is available with these standard feeder combinations: one 1,000-sheet feeder, one 500-sheet and one 1,000-sheet feeder, or three 500-sheet feeders. The top-loading envelope hopper holds up to 800 #10 envelopes.
Formax 7202 Series Inserters combine user-friendly innovation with flexibility and productivity. A key feature is the 22” color touchscreen interface, which guides users through job set-up, and includes context-sensitive help on every screen. A robust folding system folds up to 8 sheets at a time, with the power to process up to 6,000 envelopes per hour, and up to 300,000 finished pieces per month.
The versatile 6406 Series is available with 2 to 6 stations for flexibility, and includes a variety of input configurations: a high-capacity document feeder for up to 725 sheets, 1 or 2 high-capacity production feeders, standard and special feeders, and short feed trays.

Insert, fold, and seal up to 4000 envelopes per hour using a simple, straight paper path. The Relay 5000 gives you all of this in a small footprint, so the basic system can fit on a standard 60″ Table.
The Relay 6000 improves productivity with the optional High Capacity Sheet Feeders- each capable of holding 2000 sheets. The Relay 6000 inserting systems are capable of assembling up to 4,300 pieces per hour.
The Relay7000 comes standard with a high-capacity envelope feeder which translates into 25% increased hourly throughput. The inserter can also process both letters and flat envelopes in the same job. It can assemble up to 5,400 envelopes per hour, keeping you productive while delivering world-class accuracy and privacy for your mail.
