A highly viable solution, the DDC-810 Raised Spot UV Coater brings profitability back to print. Print is just ink on paper but by adding print embellishment, it becomes an experience that engages the senses and one that your customers can see and touch. The DDC-810 accelerates your margin growths by creating greater value for products such as business cards, postcards, invitations, direct mailers, and much more! The DDC-810 is a compact, design-driven solution that utilizes 600 x 600 dpi inkjet technology, UV lamp curing, and camera image registration to deliver production output with texture and depth by applying a gloss varnish to defined areas of the substrate. Equipped with Duplo’s widely renowned air suction feed system, the DDC-810 handles maximum paper sizes of 14.33” x 29.13” up to 450 gsm. Using the PC Controller software, operators can easily set up a job in 4 simple steps and begin producing jobs within minutes. Simply upload the raised spot UV layer file in PDF or TIFF format along with the XML file with the registration mark data, load the paper in the feeder and press Send then Start. Its CCD camera system – which automatically corrects for shrinkage, stretch, and skew – along with unique registration marks ensure the precise alignment of the spot UV layer onto the printed document. The DDC-810 can process up to 36 ppm (letter size) and up to 21 ppm (ledger size).
The DFC-101 is a compact and easy-to-use collator. Equipped with three feed rollers and adjustable paper separators, the DFC-101 provides reliable and consistent feeding of a wide variety of fine quality, uncoated papers up to 128 gsm. Double feed and mis-feed detections help ensure the accuracy of the collated set. Collated sets are delivered to the integrated stacker and can be straight or offset stacked. New counting modes enable the DFC-101 to be utilized as a sheet counter. The number of processed sheets is displayed on the LCD display. Other features include count up/count down, repeat collation, test feed, paper empty detection, paper jam detection, and stacker full detection.
The Duplo DMSF-10 Entry Production Dual Mode Sheet Feeder is a unique Duplo/Xerox offering that combines the benefits of an in-line finishing device with the convenience and cost effectiveness of off-line finishing. With the in-line DMSF-10, customers can share in-line finishing with other printers.
The DSC-10/20 is Duplo's affordable and heavy-duty suction collating solution designed for both offset and digitally-printed applications. This 10-bin paper collator handles a wide range of paper, from bond to coated stock, and feeds up to 7,200 sets per hour. It can be configured with the Duplo DBM-600, DBM-350, or DBM-150 Bookletmaker (see the 600C/350C/150C Booklet System under Saddle Stitching/Bookletmaking Systems). Up to two towers can be connected. For collating and stacking, users can add the DSC-10/20 Stacker for bookletmaking and stacking capabilities or the DCR-ST Cross Stacker for higher volume stacking jobs.
Equipped with a unique feeding and Air Management System, the DSC-10/60i Suction Collator provides optimum performance to feed a wide variety of paper types, weights, and sizes with superior efficiency and reliability. High resolution optical sensors check and validate the feeding accuracy and automatically divert any faulty sets into a reject tray without stopping or interrupting production. Up to 6 towers can be connected for a maximum of 60 bins. Divide the bins into 1/2, 1/3, and 1/4 blocks to allow reloading without having to stop or interrupt productivity. Use the interleaf mode to insert one or two sheets between a specified number of sheets or control each bin individually by using the IMBF (Intelligent Multi-Bin Feeding) to program the bins to perform customized feeding sequences. The DSC-10/60i Suction Collator has the ability to feed to the left into a bookletmaker or to the right into a stacker. Its configurable with the DBM-600 and DBM-350 Bookletmaker (see the 600i/350 Booklet System) and the DBMS Saddle Stitcher (see the iSaddle System).
The Duplo DSF-2200 Digital Sheet Feeder feeds up to 200 sheets per minute, making it ideal for short to mid-volume jobs. The DSF-2200 comes loaded with a number of high-end features including Duplo's own belt suction feed system, front and side air separation, an anti-static device and ultrasonic double feed detection for enhanced feed reliability. It feeds increased paper sizes up to 14" x 20" (or 9.05" x 24" via optional Extension Tray Kit) and offers a variety of options including a trail edge air kit, pre-loading kit, and 1D & 2D barcode readers. The DSF-2200 is configurable with the entry-level DBM-150S Bookletmaker, the mid-range DBM-350 Bookletmaker, and the high production DBM-600 Bookletmaker as well as the DBMS Saddle Stitcher. Designed for customers with higher production demands, the Duplo DSF-6000 Sheet Feeder offers a high stacking capacity of 24” for maximum productivity and an increased flexibility with paper sizes. Configurable with the DBM-600 Bookletmaker or iSaddle, the DSF-6000 Sheet Feeder offers the ultimate solution for converting pre-collated digital or offset printed media into high quality booklets at up to 4,500 per hour. Equipped with a technologically-advanced Air Management System, the DSF-6000 provides an unsurpassed level of high speed performance that ensures consistent feeding of a wide variety of paper types and weights, from 64 gsm to 300 gsm, at a speed of up to 600 sheets per minute. The main tray offers a loading capacity of 24” (610mm), which minimizes reloading by supporting longer run times. Three-side air separation and integrated static eliminator effectively handle the static common with digitally printed media. Optical and ultrasonic sensors accurately detect feed errors, should they occur.
